Message	I would do my best to find out who is BS'ing you and go after them...screw the money, it is all about teaching the unscrupulous SOB a lesson they wont forget. I have been in similar situation way back and although I never got my money back, the A-Hole spent a hell of alot more than what he owed me on hospital bills fixing his broken face...it was worth losing the $ and 2 broken knuckles to teach him a lesson about responsibility and keeping to ones word and promises.
